Libain ointments are prepared with a water-soluble base which may be washed off or may be dissolved in sweat therefore enabling deeper and quick action of the product on the pain affected area without any sort of skin irritations. It was found to be safe in Human safety testing. This water-soluble ointment base releases medication quickly as it mixes with skin secretion and is non occlusive and lipid free. As it is an ointment it can be applied on a large surface area effectively and is very effective in back pain and cervical pain. The ointment does not mess up dress or bed and even it can be used when in office.
